Position Details
- Position: Cashier (Teller OG-III / OG-II)
- Department: Alternate/Islamic Banking
- Reporting to: Branch Operations Manager
- Last Date to Apply: 4th May 2025
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- Preferred Qualification: Master's degree or Islamic Banking certification/degree/diploma from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Sound understanding of SBP Prudential Regulations (PRs) on Cash Management
- Strong branch banking knowledge
- Excellent cash-handling and customer-service skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions, receive deposits, and manage withdrawals
- Maintain and verify customer account activities
- Support remittance services and bill payments
- Process cheques and handle fund transfers and ATM-related transactions
- Ensure compliance with internal cash handling protocols
- Prepare daily cash books and reconcile cash at the end of the business day
- Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure complaint resolution within Turnaround Time (TAT)
