Position: Field Officers
Location: Overall Sindh
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Territory Manager in achieving dealer sales targets and supporting market development.
- Deliver Farmer Advisory Services (FAS) sessions and provide technical support to farmers.
- Organize and conduct farmer meetings to meet monthly targets and ensure engagement.
- Follow up on demonstration plots for seeds, pesticides, and micronutrients, monitoring crop progress.
- Plan and execute field days as per SOPs, ensuring participation and product visibility.
- Maintain promotional materials at dealer shops (POS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and key influencers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
- 1-2 years of experience in agrochemical, seed, or related industries (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills.
